Terms of use

These terms apply to Clever Rook (cleverrook.com), a trading name of FOP Kononenko Viktor Oleksandrovich (sole proprietor, Ukraine). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. One account belongs to one company. You're responsible for what is created with your account.

Documents the tools write

Clever Rook uses AI to draft documents such as toolbox talks from what you enter and from the official regulation text it cites. Drafts can be incomplete or wrong for your site. A competent person on your team must review every document against your actual conditions and your safety program before it's used. Documents are not legal advice, and using them doesn't by itself make you compliant with OSHA or any other rule.

The documents you create are yours to use, print and share within your business.

Crew sign-offs

When you share a sign-in link or QR code, the people who sign give their name, an optional company name and a signature. You collect these as part of your own records; only use the sign-in feature for people who attended.

Plans and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly number of documents, shown on the pricing page and in your account. Allowances reset on the first of each month and don't roll over. To keep the service fast for everyone there are also daily limits per account, and we may pause generation briefly when demand is very high.

Don't use the service to create content unrelated to your business, to probe or overload it, or to resell access.

Payments

Paid plans are subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly through our online reseller Creem, which acts as the merchant of record, issues receipts and invoices and handles applicable sales tax. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then returns to the free plan. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law or our payment provider's rules require it.

Your data

How we handle what you enter and what your crew submits is described in the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and its documents at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Clever Rook available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or add features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell account holders by email.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren't liable for injuries, fines or losses that follow from how documents are used, reviewed or presented.
